RLL new building

Construction has begun on RLL's new building!  The multi service building will help our players. league and community in many ways.

First on the first floor will be additional storage area.  This storage area will for our front fields.  Giving access to chalk machines, chalk, foul line paint and everything needed to prep fields for game day. This area will be 10' x 15' which gives plenty of space for equipment to make the job easier.
Downstairs will feature an umpire room.  8' x 15' room gives plenty of needed space.  Giving umpires a place to change, store their items in a climate-controlled area. Lockers will give umpires a sense of security with their valuables.  Furnished with a fridge for beverages.  Chairs to rest and a smart tv to stream games while the umpires wait for their assignments.

Upstairs will serve many uses. The 19'5' x 15'5" room will be the most used of the three new areas.  Having the ability to safely score games, run scoreboards and announce players for two fields!  Baseball and Softball fields 1 & 2 now give the secure area for volunteers.  Giving the players a big-league experience.  This climate-controlled room will also serve as a meeting room.  RLL is working tirelessly to improve our players and volunteer knowledge.  Classroom for teams.  Using InMotion Playbooks so show proper field assignments.  Lastly displaying our RLL achievements.  Championship team photos proudly hung on the wall.  Resource book that displays newspaper articles that showcased RLL accomplishments.  Along the top, hats from each from the past 10 years.

RLL would like to give thanks to Nelson Farms, Durnham Concrete, True Value for assisting us in getting this far.  RLL has ways to go but we are confident with our RLL family and community support we can reach all of our goals.  The future is bright and we can't wait to share the epic things that lay ahead.  It is LIFE CHANGING for our youth and community.
